1. Nature of the service
Ella is a private AI assistant operated on a single private server for one named individual. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and accepts no other users. Nothing on this site is an offer of service to anyone else.
2. Permitted use
Only the account owner and the operator may use the assistant or the
administration interface at /admin. Any other access attempt is
unauthorised.
3. Assistant output
Ella is built on a large language model. Her output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and should be checked before it is relied on — particularly for anything with a deadline, a commitment, or a financial consequence.
She acts on her principal's instructions and can send messages on his behalf. The account owner remains responsible for what is sent from his accounts.
4. Availability
The service runs on a single server with no redundancy. It may be unavailable at any time, without notice, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. No uptime is promised.
5. Google services
Use of Google account data is governed by the privacy policy. Access may be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Liability
The assistant is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from its use, unavailability, or output.
